We weren't sure what to expect ordering a dress online without being able to see it in person or try it on ahead of time, but shopluu delivered! We sent in measurements to customize the fit and it was PERFECT! The dress looks exactly like the pictures and exceeded our expectations.

We recommend ordering even earlier than the maximum time website suggested, as our order took longer than expected, but the customer service was prompt responding to inquiries and was professional, rushing shipping to make it in time for prom.

I have to admit, I was kind of skeptical considering there was little reviews, but the dress exceeded my expectations! I ordered the custom size, and the measurements were very accurate! However, it did take a while to arrive, but customer service informed me that they were backed up because prom season is very busy for them, so definitely order way ahead of time!
