This dress looks JUST as pictured in the ad.
Gorgeous true to color and lots of layers and lace. Well put together. I’d say the price is perfect to the workmanship of the dress.
^Lots of tulle, multiple layers, GORGEOUS design.
^Very flowy, and elegant.
^Color is exactly as pictured.
^Design is exactly as pictured.
^Bodice of material underneath the lace was all crinkled and wrinkled. This could only be fixed by removing ALL the lace from the bodice, and steaming the fabric. The price of that repair alone was more than the price of the dress, so although it looked hideous, we opted to ignore it due to the time constraint.
^The dress was long enough for an 8ft woman. LITERALLY, it was that long. We had to have it altered by over 2.5 feet. That was VERY expensive due to the circular cuts for the tulle pattern on the bottom of the dress. Unfortunately we HAD to alter this because otherwise my daughter wouldn’t have been able to wear it.
^The lace was coming out in multiple areas.
^The tulle has several holes in it.
Dress is worth the price paid, AS LONG as you give yourself PLENTY of time to get it altered and aren’t on any time constraints. If the dressmaker works on those negatives, this dress would be breathtakingly beautiful.
